Taste of Baltimore was born from a desire to bring authentic blue crabs and Baltimore-style seafood to Eastern North Carolina.
In Baltimore, seafood is more than just food.
It is tradition, flavor, family, and community, always seasoned with the bold taste that made it famous.
I grew up in a family of men and women who truly knew how to throw down in the kitchen, especially when it came to preparing seafood.
That passion and experience live on in every dish we serve.
From our crab cakes and seafood eggrolls to our fried and steamed shrimp, our menu is built to deliver unforgettable flavor.
Since launching operations in July 2025, Taste of Baltimore has been on a magical ride.
What started as a vision has grown into a mission: to create an out-of-this-world experience for every person we meet.
